Processing & Shipping:
All confirmed orders placed from Monday to Friday (by 12pm) are processed same day. All confirmed orders placed from Friday (12pm onwards) to Sunday are processed on Monday. All orders will take 3-5 working days for delivery so please order in advance.

REFUND POLICY (SVA STUDIO / HOME APPLICATION SERVICE):
WE STRIVE HARD IN PROVIDING YOU WITH DELIGHTFUL SERVICE & CUSTOMER CARE. We do not issue any refunds on our application service already provided at the studio or home. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the studio/home, please notify our customer care within 2/3 days of the service provided. Please note, we do not guarantee colour results as it may vary from person to person. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the studio so that your hair can be visually inspected within 06 days of the product application (home or studio). We will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction. However, these adjustments can be made only by our hair expert at the studio. SVA Plant dyes are natural plant leaf powders and some customers may require repeat applications for best colour / coverage results.

The following safety guidelines should be observed before using SVA products: OUR INGREDIENTS: We use natural or naturally derived ingredients in our product range. Our products contain pure plant leaf powders, butters, waxes, plant oils, milk, clay, herb, nut, seed powders etc. If you have any allergies please read the product label carefully for the full ingredient list. We highly recommend all our customers to perform a patch test first to ensure there is no reaction / skin irritation. While we work to ensure our product information is correct, we are constantly evolving & may alter our ingredients list from time to time. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different ingredients than that shown on our website. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the information presented and that you always read labels, warnings, and directions before using a product. ALLERGY WARNING: Please wear a face mask, while handling the fine powders to avoid inhaling them. INDIGO: Indigo powder is not suitable for people with mold / dust allergy. Indigo powder is derived from partially fermented leaves. Some may experience mild /severe headache while using Indigo. HENNA: Person with G6PD enzyme deficiency should not use Henna. Patch testing is a must before using SVA products. HOW TO PATCH TEST FOR SVA PLANT BASED HAIR DYES: Though our plant -based hair dye powders are 100% natural, one may be allergic to natural ingredients. To patch test our hair dye powders, mix a small quantity of powders (Henna / Indigo/ Cassia/ Fruit Acid powder) to make a thick paste. Apply this paste on a small testing area like elbows, behind ears, scalp etc). Cover the patch with plastic wrap to stay moist. Keep the paste for 3-4 hours or overnight depending on your use. Check skin irritation / hives/ redness/ headaches etc. In case of any unwanted symptom that persist, please DO NOT USE the product. LAB REPORTS ON REQUESTS: Our powders are batch tested by an independent lab for adulterants like PPD, Ammonia, Peroxide, Mercury.
